what it does

patches, gels, capsules, tablets, sprays and injections, each with its own schedule, colour and reminder.

cycle-based or simply repeating - "day 1 to 14 of 28", or "every morning at eight". a nudge when a dose is due, then quiet.

log flow and notes alongside your doses and see everything on one calendar. or turn it off and never see it again.

face id lock
lock the app behind Face ID or your passcode, so your health information stays yours even when someone borrows your phone.

discreet notifications
switch them on and reminders read "you have a reminder" instead of naming what's due. a glance at your lock screen tells anyone else nothing.

take a copy whenever you like - dose history and period log as csv, made on your phone. keep it, or bring it to an appointment.

no account, no cloud, no servers. everything lives on your device, including the reminders - nothing leaves unless you export it yourself.

tap a dose to mark it taken. a calm timeline shows what's done and what's next, for when 3pm-you doubts 8am-you changed the patch.
the privacy bit, in one breath
simplehrt collects nothing. no analytics, no tracking, no third-party code. your schedules, history and notes stay on your phone - i couldn't look at them if i wanted to. delete the app and they're gone. the one way anything travels is if you export it yourself, to somewhere you chose.
